Technical Design Coordinator

• Supervised marker-making and in-house sewing teams, ensuring deadlines were met
• Updated all garment sheets to include QC specs, notion sizes, and ‘how to measure’ diagrams when necessary
• Initiated a major fit and grading overhaul to address customer concerns caused by historical pattern blocks
• Developed spec measurements for quality control purposes
• Created custom colorways for made-to-order customers using Corel Designer

May 2023- April 2025


Assistant Technical Designer

• Utilized Gerber/Lectra software to create patterns and production markers under supervision of patternmaker
• Scheduled and conducted fittings with Creative Director to ensure new samples reflected company standards
• Tracked samples throughout initial development and consumer production processes
• Recorded all incoming size runs to ensure product spec measurements were met
• Developed and maintained comprehensive sample library
• Communicated daily with offsite patternmaker and sewing contractors
• Worked closely with quality control and production team to develop standards of consistency across all products and back-end forms

Prepared Excel-based product packages for overseas vendors in India and China
